Quotum Terms of Service
1. Purpose and scope. Quotum is a software service (SaaS) for the management of co-ownership and the related accounting, provided by Solvizen BV (in oprichting), hereinafter "the Provider". These terms govern the use of the application and the portal. By creating or using an account, you accept these terms.
2. Account and security. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all use of your account. Two-factor authentication is mandatory. You must report any unauthorised use to the Provider without delay.
3. Lawful use. You use Quotum solely for lawful purposes, in accordance with applicable law and respecting the rights of other users and of the co-owners concerned. Any misuse, disruption of the service and unauthorised access are prohibited.
4. Processing of personal data. For the data you enter as a property-management office, you act as controller and the Provider as processor; the arrangements are set out in the data processing agreement. You warrant that you have a valid legal basis and have duly informed the data subjects. Processing takes place in accordance with the privacy policy and the General Data Protection Regulation.
5. Intellectual property. All intellectual property rights in the software and its components belong to the Provider or its licensors. You obtain a non-exclusive, non-transferable right of use for the term of the agreement, within the limits of these terms.
6. Availability and maintenance. The Provider aims for high availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, updates or temporary interruptions may occur.
7. Liability. To the extent permitted by law, the Provider is not liable for indirect or consequential damage. Liability is limited as further set out in the agreement between the parties. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Term and termination. The agreement applies for the agreed term. Upon termination, data is processed and retained in accordance with the privacy policy and the data processing agreement.
9. Changes. The Provider may amend these terms. In the event of a new version, you will be asked to give your consent again before continuing to use the service.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction. Belgian law applies. Disputes fall within the jurisdiction of the courts of the Antwerp district, without prejudice to mandatory rules of jurisdiction.
11. Operator and contact. The service is provided by Solvizen BV (in oprichting). Questions: info@quotum-app.be; data protection: privacy@quotum-app.be.
